Just Do It

Lets Talk About It

Just do it. A phrase famously created by Nike. But sadly this newsletter is not sponsored by the company. My first Newsletter is titled “Just do it” because it embodies the phrase itself. Me embarking on this new journey of creativity is something I've never thought in a million years is something that I would do. One night watching a video on youtube I was given the idea by God which spoke about how to begin my own newsletter. And after expressing this idea to my girlfriend I decided that this was an idea I was going to pursue. I try my best in my day to day to embody this way of thinking which is to simply… Just do it.

What does it mean to ‘Just do it’

You've been given the option to move up in the company but you are afraid of the responsibility the new position may hold. Your response is to accept and just do it. You finally have all your finances setup to where you can put money down on a new house. Instead of getting all in your head and second guessing you just do it. To just do it is to take action. To put the ideas you have in your mind and manifest it into the physical world. One of the richest men in the world Jeff Bezos spoke in an interview on how a person slow to action will never reach the place they actually want to be in. A person quick to action will be able to make mistakes and learn the ways of success.

Verse of the day

James 1:23-25 NKJV For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
